nevermind.

Well said - nice well thought out arguement - lays out the facts as you see them, your thinking process - a useful post.

Let me help you out - I don't want a console because I want what I view as essential info in view all the time - depth and time is essential, NDL essential (for me) on multi dive days. Pressure is only a "would be nice" feature as I know it just by looking at depth and time. Not worth giving up the wrist mount, and as wireless is not very reliable I wouldn't pay extra for a wireless wrist mounted AI computer.

This is my reasoning - yours may be different. You may view wireless as reliable, you may view pressure as essential info - make your own decision but being dismissive of mine is just rude.

Actually...I was going to delete my post, but it wouldn't let me - so I did the next closest thing. But thanks for the personal attack.

Not sure when I did that - but, uh - OK.

Darnold, if I can make the suggestion, you could get an AI computer without the transmitter for the time being. I don't want to start a "yes they are, no they're not" argument but some AI computers are reliable.

Then delete the words in the post, delete the quote and put the word "deleted" in it. "nevermind" - as I am sure you know - is dismissive. I could go on, but ...

Good suggestion. That has not been my experience, I have seen more fussing about with trying to make wireless work that it is worth to me, but these things are always improving and last years pain in the butt in version 1 is next years rock solid app.

My Nitek simply stopped working with less than 100 dives, was not repairable per Dive Rite without any further explanation. Now that's dependability.
