There are many ways for a shark to manipulate it's prey. Very very slowly draining it's victim of all his worldly possessions. Even causing him to seek shock therapy for relief. ;)
 
I am sure if I was being chased by these sharks I would swim slower than my buddy and sucum to a slow happy smiling death
