The Scuba Gods have been angered!!!

Hello all. I just wanted to drop a quick line to say hi to everyone. I’ve finally FINALLY been given the opportunity to get back into diving. (This time I purchased my gear before someone could say no again lol) Yeay me!

I’ve lived in Florida for a few years now, I’ve held a C-Card the whole time, and I haven’t dove once. This has angered the Scuba Gods. I must repent!! :god: :god:

The Scuba gods have commanded me to buy new gear to appease them. I have done so and they are pleased. Now I must baptize my new gear!

If there is anyone in the Central Florida area looking for a dive partner please feel free to drop me a line. I’m always looking to meet new people and I’m looking to get my fins wet very soon J

I agree that you must not anger the Scuba Gods. Penance could range from poor viz, wicked currents, bad dive buddies and let's not even mention equipment failure, so yes, appease, appease, appease...

Bravo! Central Florida seems to have a very active dive community, I know we do here on the east coast of central Florida. My local dive shop dives almost every weekend!

Fla!! The only place to dive! Gotta get the teeth!! And did you prepare the ritual sacrifice for the scuba god?? He only likes yankees. And they must be thoroughly fried before he accepts them.
