You need to log into your instructor account in the members section.
It's a secured site only accessible by dive shops. Online processing is not available to individual instructors, only to dive centers. If your instructor is not affiliated with a shop, then it's done through the mail.
It looks like you just got certified, so I'm wondering why you ask.
