Well......those conditions are an improvement over last year's madness...
So, I know for sure that some of you guys dive a long hose, SBM for instance, I have used it. I have got the equipment to dive a 5 footer and necklace, But hav enot set it up yet. Can one of you help me with that? I have the hoses installed and just need work on the clamp and necklace. Any takers?
No problem with the neclace. I've never had to route a 5' hose, but I'm sure it won't be hard to research and find out for ya. Just gimme a call this afternoon, or whenever.
Same routing as the 7footer, but instead of tucking under the can light, it tucks under the right armpit.
Funny thing I realized with myself. I'm 6' 6" and a 7 foot hose would only give some 6" to file out behind me if we were in a cave. Of course, my fins take that up plus another 8" or more. I may have to go to a 9foot hose. haha
Well, considering that your knees are bent nearly 90 degrees so you don't silt out when you kick, and the donee should have his or her hand on your thigh to communicate signals, I don't think you'll need a 9ft hose.
