congrats, Tim!!

You need to get one of those t-shirts at Lahaina Divers, like I got for Bob, that says,
" he who dives with the most toys, WINS!!" :D:) Take care, Maggi

Slim Fast is pretty awful stuff, and not much protien. But I too, think a protien shake would work. Some of it isn't very thick so would work well in a Camelback kinda thing.

Congrats on the first 500, congrats on starting the second 500 Tim :)

Tim,
Do you know Todd Winn of North Shore Explorers?
He's been known to do 3 hour rebreather dives... maybe you two should meet up for an underwater marathon... ? He's also got scoot capability.

Todd's website:

Thx - nice website - I've not gotten up to the north shore past Honolua for any diving yet as the entry is so rough. I'm hoping a scooter will eventually let me access some of it in the future.

Aloha, Tim

found another pic from yesterday that I like -

ok - enough celebrating, I'm gonna go grill a steak :p

Congrats on #500!

For hydration, the CapriSun drinks are nice and convenient... they come pre-packaged in flexible containers! :D

As for nourishment -- perhaps that carb-gel stuff that marathon runners eat/drink/swig/whatever would work... it comes in a similar container to the CapriSun drinks.
