Instead of going all the way to Buendia, you can get off in Magallanes and it is a short ride to T3 by taxi

I am not a fan of taxi in Manila or anywhere in Philippines. Taxi ONLY if there is NO alternative.
I was on Gold Star bus and the first stop was Dela Rosa and then Buendia, I believe the bus terminated at PITX.
I have been on bus to Manila only made one stop at PITX.

I thought the airport loop bus was cheap enough (p40), but maybe I'll experience jeepney once next time. Just gotta figure out which one goes to the airport.

P27.00 difference is about US$0.5 and there is NO walking in the open area for the airport loop. Rain is quite common in Philippines.
Where you get off the bus in Manila should decide which transport mode to take and NOT the cost.

The same storm that caused the suspension of the ferry few days ago in Philippines.
"Fengshen" is the international name for "Ramil" outside Philippines.
The projected course of this storm is quite accurate, the central part of Vietnam.

Taxi is fine when you know the price range to your destination

Taxi is fine when you know the price range to your destination

Knowing the price range is never enough. I did not like the experiences when the driver refused to turn on the meter or claiming it is not working or a faulty meter or asking too much. I had done it a few times when I had to stop the taxi and get off!!! Someone had told me in a situation like that I should walk back so the driver would not be able to give me a mouthful full of abuses when he drives by!!! Hasn't happened yet!!!

Well this kind of "taxi's game" is done in many countries.
Personally, I don't mind playing the game and I only got a little number of bad experiences.
Anyway, now with Grab and similar app, no more fun games
