What a weird thread here.
Why still active? Pretty sure Indo has moved on (for now), and that diving activities across the vast archipelago were uninterrupted.

But yes a serious, important moment of unrest that occurred in many urban centres, tragically damaging, possibly necessary?, peacefully defused (for now?), public crisis about economic priorities, and the needs of the many vs. those of the few, in a system that could be argued is at least as democratic as the New Great ol' US of A (as the latter becomes less so, by the day...)

While it is important to acknowledge devastating and tragic events in national histories, as well as empathize for multigenerational traumas whose wounds may persist, there would never be enough time to discuss them all here in a diving forum, and no country would be spared credit.
