i left home early at 3h45 am. I did two dives it went well. Practice some drills on the second dive. I try some navigation with my compass didn't work so i did natural navigation. On the otherside of the river it s the USA, i didn't end up there.

I received my hollis k2 yesterday i didn't try yet i am still adjusting the harness and all the bungee clip and stuff.

This monday we are flying to Dominican Republic to all inclusive but no diving it s ok it s not the aim of the trip.

Brockville, Ont.

Be safe

Here is something for you from one of our very own ScubaBoard go getter amazing contributing divers

And a bonus

Livestream with Achim, Inner Space Explorers

Achim and myself will be doing another livestream on Sunday 22 Jun 25 at 2000 hrs (UTC+1). As well as taking questions we'll also be discussing whether some dive sites are inherently dangerous and whether they deserve to have diving banned? It would be great if you can join us - Are Some Dive Sites Too Dangerous - Should Diving Be Banned

90 min dive on Wednesday looking for a go pro i lost 2 weeks ago. Double 100s with 40 of 50%. Dealt with the longer deco on back gas to stare at the tiny critters and save my 50% for another day. Got a little cold until I hit the 20ft and 10ft stop and the thermocline. 63° felt like a bath compared to 52 at depth.

But, what we really want to know is did you find the go pro?

Unfortunately not. The average depth i lost it was 95 fsw and we had been on trigger for 25 minutes. I didn't realize the strap had broke until we got near the start point and I wanted to video a dog fish. 2 dives now and nothing either time. The area is on a slope down to 150 ish.

Edit: vis between 0-10 was sub 1ft, my hand didn't exist. 10-20 was about 2 ft, I couldn't see my compass mid scooter. 20-40 ft was about 3 feet. 40-60 ft was about 5ft. 60-80 was about 8 ft. 80-120 ft was about 12 ft. The whole dive was a night dive even though it was 1610-1740 and sunset wasn't until 2130.
