Does anyone know the current fee for using Secrets pier.

I don't have recent info but they had just doubled it to $5 a day when I was last there (Residencias Reef next door) 18 months ago. I doubt they've hiked it again since then, but I'm sure somebody will chime in with more current information.

Just found out they raised it again. Dive buddy said it was $10 a day last fall and that's what it still is.

wow. do they have an onsite dive shop ??

Blue Angel has started charging $5 for a fishing boat to pick up and drop off. I do not know about other dive ops.

While I think that if you are going to have a hotel it is ridiculous to charge for a pier , given the cost of building , rebuilding and re-rebuilding piers in Hurricane zones I kind of understand . At my condo I think our first pier repairs were two weeks after pier was finished

A $5 USD fee per person must be paid in advance at the front desk.
At Fiesta Americana, Explorean, and Presidente, there is no additional charge to use the pier.

Anyone know if the fee is different in pesos? Wondering if we can save a dollar or two by paying in pesos instead of US dollars.

same for Villa Aldora...no fee, its just part of the overhead. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE DOCK 4 TIMES SINCE 2005.
