Question Options for OW Course

Thought I would update this thread.
After months of faff running around getting medical cert sorted, I finally got to do my OW course.
Did it at home in our cold local conditions and also got drysuit cert as part of the package.
Having done some try dives in warm waters, it was definitely more challenging doing the course here. Dive centre were brilliant, course was thorough and well instructed.
So as of yesterday I'm now a certified diver inc drysuit.

Congratulations! Kudos for doing it in local conditions! Where did you do your course?
We'd love to go to Scotland to dive!

Yes, I'm aware of one
Until then, I'm going to do buddy dives with dive centre staff to get experience.
They offer free kit hire if you buy gear package. They tailor and adjust suits, BCD etc for fit and needs. Lead time on suit is probably couple of months, so saving on kit hire is significant.
