My SAD kit includes a small roll of vet bandage, which is waterproof and works well in place of lycra socks if you get a blister; could also be used to cover any other random abrasion.

Already posted, but I bring a small meds case with 6 or 7 basic meds. Also a Z-pack, which saved a trip to Argentina for my wife many years ago.

My wife's silicone mask strap broke on our last trip, which was a new one for me, so would recommend a spare strap or better yet, a spare mask that fits.

You're unlikely to need the vet bandage for a blister if you're using lycra socks. 20 years ago, my feet were always hamburger from my booties but lycra socks changed all that. The only time I've had hamburger foot since was the time I lost one sock. Hence, I have since traveled with 3 pairs. One pair of raggedy ancient socks that look like crap but still do the job for other divers experiencing hamburger feet because they hadn't yet learned of lycra socks, and two newer pairs for me, in case I lose/misplace a sock.

I hope to never lose or forget to pack my socks again.

Good call. Interestingly, I've never had an issue with blisters until this last trip to French Polynesia. Not sure what was different - more snorkeling after dives, booties, getting older, etc. But regardless, had four different rub points and will definitely be getting lycra socks as you suggest. Will keep the vet bandage in case something else comes up for which I'm not properly prepared...or to help a fellow diver.

Where did you get that outfit? I am serious. I have had too much sun, being an outdoors person my entire life. And in warm tropical waters and weather I often prefer not to wear a wet suit. That looks perfect and I can get strange colors to reinforce my oddness as you have !

I cannot do without a hat and sunglasses and somehow, I am going to figure out a way to either bring a coffeee press or a single serve Kurig plus K-Cups because the instant coffee just did not work for me. I can live without food but coffee is a rock bottom necessity.

A spare reg set between two people might not be a bad idea. Spare (prescription) mask and a spare set of bungees for my Go-Sports, the most comfortable and non-rubbing fin ever devised.

The style of top is becoming popular in sport fishing circles for sun protection. It has a built-in buff and hood. Nothing special about the leggings, but both items have SPF protection. White is obviously good for reflecting UV. Add a cap and sunglasses and you're as protected from the sun as reasonably possible.

My son and I are heading on our first liveaboard trip this summer to Truk Lagoon.

Outside of the items on the lists available everywhere on what to bring, I am curious as to what the one or two unique/special items you wish you had brought along on your liveaboard.
