Looking for a 25" or similar used/old scuba tank for a film prop (Long Beach Area)

I saw some people here having a surplus of tanks.

I'm sourcing props for an indie film, and I need one 25" scuba tank with around a 6" diameter. They can be busted up and scratched up since I'll be painting it. If you have a scuba tank backpack holder for it too I'll prob buy it too. Doesn't have to be functional either. I'll pick it up around the Long Beach Area or anywhere a reasonable distance away. I have 0 clue what diving gear costs, but I'm willing to pay a yelp two ($$) dollar sign amount. Thanks.

There’s always old tanks that should probably never be used for diving again super cheap on Craigslist- Scuba tank large aluminum - general for sale - by owner - craigslist for example. And you’ll probably also find some weird old harness or vest with a tank mount that no one would ever want to use for diving again, like US Divers Scuba Tank Back pack - sporting goods - by owner - sale - craigslist

The one thing that you need to be aware of is that full scuba tanks can be incredibly dangerous- like blow a hole through your body and the brick wall behind you force. So, mainly before you start wrenching off the valve or taking a hacksaw to the tank or throwing it off a building, you need to be certain that it’s empty.
