If that is what it takes to make sure I have access to helium I'm in. However I better run this one by the wife first. She was OK with me buying a compressor and booster years ago. This should be OK with her as well.

Is the facility even active? It looks like it is idled.
 
Pretty sure if they are selling it off it is not active. Surprised that it was USG owned and operated, rather than contractor.

I wouldn't be surprised if at the very least the technical aspects were operated by contractors. You see that a lot at the military ammunition factories, you have a handful of Federal employees with contractors actually running all the production processes.
