That's still pretty good. If it was only 0.7% it wouldn't really interest me.
Most natural gas has helium in it. 0.7% would be modest but not lucrative. I think max helium fractions in raw natural gas are up to perhaps 5%.

It's not cheap to distill even starting at 70% which is not a marketable product yet. It needs to be chilled to about -300F which freezes off the nitrogen and methane into solids. The helium remains as liquid and is decanted off.
