I have one and I violated my deco obligations. A couple of weeks later I dove it again and it was still in violation. How do I clear the violation?

In normal dive operation, a deco violation would lock the Zen or Zen Air computer for 24 hours and should clear after that period. You stated that you dived the computer again, but it still had a violation, did it display normal dive information or was it locked out? In either case, it would be best to return the DC for evaluation, please contact customer service at 800-482-2282 or info@tusa.com to receive an RMA# to send it in, please note you will need a copy of your original sales receipt.
