Hi Again,
Indyj, if at all possible, see if you can try both BCDs in at least a pool setting if not be able to rent them for an OW tryout. That is the best way to compare the two - even if you have to do it with two different LDSs. A BCD is a major piece of life support and they do cost a bit of money, so really give them a workout before you make your decision.
Keep in touch, and let us know how things are going.

My wife dives the Zena, and loves it. Her only complaint is that it can occasionally ride up... (Maybe I'll install a crotch strap for her).

I'd have to say if it's riding up then she may not be adjusting it properly, or it's too big to begin with. The best way to properly adjust a Zena is from the bottom straps up, and it's best to do it when you're horizontal in the water IMO.

The quick and dirty tutorial is to loosen all the straps in the water, go horizontal, yard the BC down, tighten the lower straps, the middle straps (which sit at the waist), then just snug up the shoulder straps. It should never move after that.

Aside from fit and use considerations, don't forget Zeagle's world class customer service, and the fact that Oceanic has a two year warranty vs. Zeagle's lifetime warranty.
