I want to order some Zeagle Recon fins. They are not available in my my local shops, so I have to get them on the internet. Returning fins through the mail is very expensive, so I want to get the size correct.

I wear Jet Fins in XL with my drysuit. Anyone know if Recons in XL would be comparable?

Can't specifically answer your question but I'm a size 6.5-7 US and in 5mm wetsuit boots a large recon fitted me, they seem to run small. As do jets I guess. I used to dive large jets FWIW.

If I had to guess I'd say XXL recon. Buying fins without trying is such a gamble, I've spent most of my diving life doing so, I've lost more than I've won. Good luck.

I would like the orange one but don’t know about sizing, I’m sure that the springs won’t work for me but also don’t know the heights and width and can’t find that info anywhere.

I have them and wear a size 10 bare wetsuit boat with a thick sole. I have a wider foot and they fit good. Size large recon fin

I assume your street shoe size is also 10?

How thick are your Bare booties? 5mm?

Reviving this thread to ask if anyone can provide measurements for the foot pocket of an XL Recon. Could anyone provide that, a la Dive Gear Express? Thanks.

Cant help exactly but I am a size 7 US, I tried the recons on and needed a large, they run quite small. Good luck.

If all else fails, try asking Perth Scuba in Welshpool, Australia WA. The owner, Callum, is a very nice man. They used to stock them, not sure if they still do but if they do and you ask them I'm sure he'll happily help out a fellow diver. Tell him Simon from Japan sent you.
