I have used both. I own the Stiletto and love it for travel. The Ranger seems to have bigger weight pockets and more lift as I recall. Both are quality products. I just received my first dry suit and will probably end up getting another BC. Not sure yet if it will be a Ranger or a back plate. My two cents.

Both are solid back-inflate BCDs, and it's hard to say much more about relevant pros and cons without hearing what you want to do with your BC.

I used a Stiletto LTD for a while before switching to a BP/W because it worked better for me. If you're set against a BP/W for whatever reason, I'd suggest the Stiletto because it's the simpler design.

The Ranger is well built, but it's a design in search of an application IMO. Yes, it could be used with doubles, but it's not very good for them because it's not a rigid platform. Yes, it could be used with a plate (I think) to beef it up for doubles, but that begs the question of why you're not diving a BP/W in the first place. Yes, it could be used as a single tank BCD, but it's pretty bulky for that application. Yes, you could travel with it, but why would you?

If you're drawn to a Zeagle Ranger/Stiletto, I'm guessing it has to do with their ruggedness and simplicity. Which they have in spades, but they're not as rugged or simple as a bare BP and harness mated to a wing of appropriate size.
