Thanks for the comments, I do tend to cinch my shoulder straps down quite tight so maybe that's the problem. I'll also see if I can find the accessory to allow me to lower the tank a little.

Make sure the BC is sitting low on you, with the weight pockets on your hips. Then tighten the cumberbund and the waist strap....and then just take the slack out of the shoulders. They do not need to be cinched down!!!

If you still feel like it is riding up, I would definitely add the saddle strap!!!
