I just got a used Zeagle Ranger, and I inflated it and submerged it to test its bladder and there is a leak where the inflator hose enters the bladder. It looks like the valve isn't seated correctly. I tried unscrewng it, but didn't twist very hard because I don't want to mess with it too much without knowing how it is supposed to be removed.

Does the hose snap on or do I need to put some leverage onit and unscrew it?

OK, the answer is it unscrews and with a quick reseating of the rubber washer and a proper tightening of the hose - PROBLEM SOLVED! :D

Of course the subsequent test showed a slow leak at the oral inflator which was fixed by tightening its bezel.

Woohoo! I get to dive my new Ranger at the quarry this weekend!
