Scott,

I own a Zeagle Envoy regulator system. It has a very limited number of dives on it. I do know that regulators need to be "tuned" once they have been broken in.

The Envoy regulator and octo have a pre-dive/dive control lever on them to control freeflow upon entry into the water. I have already had to make an emergency splash with the Envoy for an overturned sail boat and started thinking about something.

If I make a dive on the Envoy system and forget to flip the lever from pre-dive to dive (- to +), will it damage the regulator in any way?

Thanks Scott.

I figured it would still breathe for me. Might be a bad thing to find out if it didn't though. I was more concerned with causing an issue with the intermittent pressure and the "guts" of the reg. Then again, it is a Zeagle right?
