I know Zeagle used to rebadge Apeks regs, but I was just looking at a picture of a Zeagle Envoy and it looks exactly like my Dive Rite Regulator. Are they the same internally?
 
No they are different regs made by different companies.

Since their split with Apeks, all Zeagle regs are made in-house and their performance has increased drastically. (I thought the Dive-Rite 1st stage looked like a Zeagle myself)
