I am going to be diving in Montana all year round, even in the hottest summer time whether, when you hit anything deeper than the thermocline it is less than 50 degrees. a regulator that has caught my eye is the zeagle envoy, or envoy deluxe.

good choice??

The only difference is a knob on the first stage. I would actually recommend any of the DSV, Flathead VI or 50D as they are environmentally sealed and offer a big plus for coldwater diving. Perhaps the DSV. It is essencially the same as the envoy deluxe encept with a sealed first stage. Take a look at the site and read a little (www.zeagle.com) Go with a sealed model. It is a little more but you are better off.

I've put 100+ dives on my Zeagle Envoy in Monterey and the Channel Islands. 45-65 degree water, for the most part. I've had no problems - it's a great reg.
