i am going to Balayan bay. At a resort near Dive n trek, however DM training ang gagawin namin, so its not much of fun dives, it's more on skills practice

I might be at Divers Sanctuary (El Capitan), but I hear there's a typhoon coming. Do you think the area will be affected?
Matthew:
That's the main reason i would push through this weekend. the typhoon is counter acting the habagat winds. so saturday would be a NICE DAY TO DIVE.
however sunday is another story so we leave batangas early on sunday.
we may do some mapping at ligpo (DM assignment)
