HAHAHAHAHA no bro can't make it. My friends were just lucky and no one was injured. I hope you'll experience the same excellent viz.

was viz better than the last time we were there? cant wait to dive!

clgsamson:
i'm telling you it was the best viz of all my diving experience.

WOW! im wondering why the viz was so good? was the sun out and shining? hope this saturday will yield the same gin like water you described.

weather was bad, bad, bad. Torrential rain before and after the dives. We didn't see the sun all day. Bahura was just rewarding us for being there despite the bad weather.

...will be joining the divenet group on sat...

jonix,

Is divenet Hernel and Joy's group? If so, tell them I said hello, they did my OW course 100 years ago, actually 11 years ago last month.

Really bad. Last Saturday, just getting to the resort (Divers Sanctuary) was an adventure. We had to hike up and down a hill as the bangka could not dock at the resort pier because of the waves. We managed to do one shore dive in the morning before the waves became really big. Sunday was just a bit better, we were able to do 2 dives. Entries and exits were a challenge, but everything went well except for a few bruises.

We were not lucky enough to get the kind of viz you describe. At 100 ft. on the Ligpo island wall it was so dark it was almost like a night dive.

Turns out Paolo's forecasts (and our analyses) were reliable after all.
