Tittle really says it all. Just moved here and looking for clubs to make friends and dive as much as I can in Texas.

Please let me know if you have any recommendations!

One method is to visit some local dive shops and peruse their web sites. Get an idea of their "fit" for you.
Go to some of their functions, take a class from them, travel with them.
You may find some cliquish, or focused on older folks, or too "techie." but you may find some good "fits."

You have a PADI cert, but it doesn't matter if the shop is PADI or SSI or whatever. What matters is the people and their attitude and match for you.

ADDED: a quick look shows two PADI and one SSI shop near you, no SDI or NAUI shops.
Best bet might be SCUBA Diving Lessons Austin | SCUBA Diving Shop Austin | Scubaland Adventures

I suggest in a few months when people start diving again try going to Lake Travis to LCRA park (The one that's next to Mansfield dam) or Windy Point. there should be divers there any given afternoon and you can talk to a few. Long ago, I could have hooked you up, but I only do vacation diving these days plus 1-2 fresh water dives
