There's a lot of stories about that volcano going SUPERNOVA.
Any one has any info on it

It would be the end of global warming.:depressed:

Just a swarm of minor earthquakes. 3.9 on the Richter scale max. On the north end of Yellowstone Lake. Happend last year too except the swarm was located under West Yellowstone (little town right outside the park). The park has been bulging for a while. Which can be a precursor to an eruption. Don't worry. If it happens, you'll hear about it, even in the Netherlands.

I saw a show on this once. I thought they said there were 5 "supervolcanoes" worldwide and that eventually, they will blow. Could be a year, could be 10000 years. There's really no point in dwelling on it, it'll just make you nuts.

Hmmm, I found this.

"A full-scale eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano could result in millions of deaths locally and catastrophic climactic effects globally"

ok, I'm just trying to scare everyone.

yep...if it blows...it's pretty likely we'll be praying for a return to the good old days of global recession and stock market colapse.

The PC name is now "Global Climate Change"

So, GCC will still happen when it blows :D... and the reason it will blow will probably be blamed on greenhouse gasses, carbon, etc. :shakehead:

I visited the park a couple of years ago and they said this.

Amazing place Yellowstone. Visit now before it disappears.
