Xdeep Tech ?

I just purchased the Xdeep Tech sidemount system.
What is the purpose of having 3 knots to adjust the tension. Am I supplosed to change the tension during a dive?

Do you mean the wing bungee? Some people take up the slack as the wing decreases in volume (as the dive progresses). If you vent a lot with the inflator, you may wish to do this. If you primarily use the butt-dump, you may not bother. More recently, they're including two triangle D-rings, and the tension is not meant to be adjusted during the dive when using these.
