Because I was asked why I'm selling via PM, it is because I'm switching to SM for local and travel. Otherwise, this is the ideal travel BCD (I dive in cold water, and this isn't appropriate IMO).

I believe that it is one size fits all. I'm 5'11", 195 lbs, if that helps. It is also the Deluxe.
I haven't cut the harness either, so whether you are taller or shorter than me, you will be good to go. I can measure the backplate length tonight.

Xdeep ghost comes in standard or tall plates can you see which yours is? Any weight pockets included?

Weight pockets are included. They don't show in the second picture as I opened up the harness. I'll try to take another pic and upload. I'll have to check the size later, though given my height (5'11") I'd guess it is standard.
