For cold-weather divers a used and in very good shape XCEL Polar Tri-density 9.7.6. semi-drysuit Size XL. If you don't want to hassle with a drysuit this suit is the answer. Warm and relatively easy to don for a thick suit. Has attached hood and the ankles are zippered. Has 30-40 fresh water dives on it only. It also has a new chest zipper. Here is a link to a new one:

$140 shipped to the lower 48 including Paypal fees.
Also have an XCEL Glideskin Tri-density 6.5.4. Hooded vest size ML. This really helps in the colder temps and in my opinion much more comfortable than a hood alone. No more trying to tuck a hood in you suit. Has about a dozen fresh water dives on it. Paid about $90 bucks for it.
$45 shipped to the lower 48 including Paypal fees.
