Neoprene is definitely flexible and I think with your dimensions it would definitely fit. I don't think it's too big or anything. Also, I just lowered the price on ebay to 375 so I will offer that to you.

oh phew. I was under the impression one of your daughters outgrew the suit already. which is fine but you would def have a tough time finding her a prom dress.
