Does anyone have a contact at COVCI? I have orded my wing back on June 1st and it still has not been shipped. I have emailed them and called, no reply. In need of some help!!!

I just got back from GC last night using my COVCI BP&W, it was awsome. He had some ordering issues but as far as I know they've been all straightened out. It took a little time to get mine but don't sweat it. Chris will return your call and let you know when you can expect it. He doesn't work COVCI full time so it might take 24-48 to get back. You'll love the BP.

No answer, called and left voice message. Thanks for the number. I really wanted to get this gear all setup and ready. I will be helping my instructor with some checkouts and what better of a time to get my gear trimmed out.

Well still no reply. They already posted the purchase on my CC, but with this lack of response from them, I am really starting to doubt this company. Please I need some assurance here.

Chris at COVCI is a standup individual, and has an excellent reputation.
But he is a one man shop. If he's away, there's not much he can do. It's only been a week - I wouldn't panic or anything just yet.

I ordered my wing from them back in the beginning of March or so, but apparently, there was a pretty big backorder on them. I emailed Chris about it(about a week or so after ordering) and he responded to the email and told me what the deal was. A week later, hey! there's my wing. Hope they respond to you soon, they really are a good company.

Ok I take back my previous post. I called and talked to Chris. You are right a really nice guy and as I thought from the get-go that he was away on some personal business, and OxyCheq was a bit slow on getting the order processed on their end also. No a problem in my book, unfortunately, I will not have my wing by this weekend. Oh well. Thanks guy and you were right. COVCI is reputable, no questions asked.
