@decompression: You might be able to find a similar deal in Bellingham, Washington. Contact the UPS store and ask. The UPS store in Ogdensburg, NY has been making a fortune on Canadian shipments. When our dollar was on par with the US it wouldn't be uncommon to have to wait in line an hour to pick up packages.
