WTB: lense for Sea and Sea MX10

Hi.

Just got a used Sea & Sea MX10. Was advised to get a lense to protect this camera. Would like to buy an inexpensive lense for this MX10, mailed to Toronto Canada.

To my knowledge, no "protection" lens was ever offered for the MX-10. There were close up, wide angle and macro lenses made but no plain glass lens or a plastic lens cover for that matter. I bought one new many years ago and it did not come with one. If you insist on some form of protection lens, the close up lens would be your best bet. It's fairly cheap and I found I prefered using it over the standard lens. The macro lens for the MX-10 does a great job if you like marco photography.

There absolutely is NO protection lens ever made for the MX10 - there is the close up lens, a macro lens and a 20mm wide angle lens - all of which are FABULOUS to use!!!!
Now they did make a red color filter for the 20mm lens - that if you have an external flash, you do not use it (if you have no flash & the 20mm - it works nicely)
not sure if THAT is what the person was trying to tell you or not.

Have fun with your new camera - it is simply one of the best film cameras ever made for getting GREAT shots with very little work!!!!!
