I am in Southern California, South OC, and have too many tanks, and an extra used apeks reg tx100. My tanks are all steel, all in hydro, sizes 72, hp 80 and hp 100. 1 din 72, 1 din 80 and yoke/din hp100.

I'll be doing most my diving in cold water California. Buying the Oneill J-Type dive suit.

I have a ( modular ) Zeagle Ranger BC ( medium, with both the medium- and large shoulder sections ) with the yellow weight pocket inserts for $ 225., if you'd like.
If you change your mind about wetsuits : I have a Body Glove 6.5mm wetsuit with integrated hood that would be perfectly sized for you
( that I, umm, "outgrew" ), for $ 125. On either or both, I'd pay the shipping.
