I assume you mean something on a Goodman mount or glove. I recommend one of the Titan Sculas, either 10w or 25w, from Hydro Light. Jeff at Divesafety is a great guy, and you get incredible personal service.

one being a universal mount.

You wear it like a glove, completely freeing your hand. I use one with different lights, and think it's the best setup I've seen.

Do you mean an Umbilical Light with Goodman handle, or a simple divelight with wrist mounting?

There are options in the Philippines to purchase either of these.
