Has anyone replaced their wrist compasses rubber strap with a webbing strap?

I think this might be an improvement.

Are these commercially available?

Mine has a hard time staying in place, wants to slip down my arm to the wrist, especially with heavier suit on.

Thanks for replys

The BAUE website looks like a great resource. If I had a drysuit like the picture there would be no slipage.

Do you have the bungies knotted on both ends and stretch them to put it on?

I cut the straps off (but I left a little bit of the strap like in the picture), drilled a couple of holes in each one and then measured and routed the bungies. The compass slips on fairly easy, but it is still snug enough that it doesn't slide around.
