Wrecks and operators near Miami

Am heading to Miami end of March/beginning of April (just a couple of days of diving) and want to try my hand at some boat dives to local wrecks. Last year, was down in Key Largo and enjoyed the Spiegel Grove. Would consider going back to Key Largo but wouldn't mind staying in Miami or perhaps going north a bit if there is enough to do and good operators.

Recommendations for the best wrecks in the area? Stay in Miami or head elsewhere?

Also, a number of people have indicated that the operators in the Miami area aren't all great. Would welcome suggestions about operators in Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale areas that ARE good.

There is a group of dive shops that have banded together to advertise themselves and they have shop info and dive site info on a website.

I've never used any of them, but you could use this site as a starting point.
