Excellent dive. We were entertained by the antics of a pod of about 12 dolphins (2 babies in there) playing in the wake of the boat as we headed to the dive site. There were a couple who would leap about 2-3 feet away from the starboard side.
The weather was great, warm and toasty topside. Bottom temp was 72 degrees. Vis was good, though I still heard others say that it gets better. We did the trench first, following it up to the end, returned to the beginning and finished over the reef. Saw a lot of the regular marine creatures.
Breakers North was the second dive. We stayed along the edge of the reef most of the time, actually over the reef, but with the desert close by. It worked, I saw 3 nurse sharks!! I also saw a ray, a turtle who was just laying on the bottom taking a break, 3 spotted moray and a huge green moray.
After a whole 3 weeks of no diving, it was good to get back into the camaraderie of the dive people and get wet. Thanks to the crew and other divers, and hope to wet myself again soon :)
