Would you use 50% for inflation with heated undergarments?

Just did 3 dives with EAN50 as suit gas and a heated vest. Last dive I flooded even. Max depth was 205ft. No fire, imagine that... The bigger annoyance is that its a huge pain to top off a EAN50 bottle; they never turn out right and its usually easier/more accurate to just dump the 50% and start over.

Put on your big boy undies and dive.

This is a true statement, and the reason I now bank 50%. Makes my life easier.
 
and then there was the guy that had a heating patch on his back during a drysuit dive and received 2nd degree burns when the oxygen increased the rate of chemical reaction in the heating patch. But this is a bit different than an electrically heated device.

However, "Worked for me" is not evidence of safety. There is plenty of "fuel" inside a drysuit that could just be waiting for an ignition source.
 
By y'alls math even air shouldn't be used as suit gas at 100m. 11ata * 0.209 = a ppO2 of almost 2.3!!!!! OMG!

Has there EVER been a fire inside a drysuit of any kind? Nope. Much ado about nothing here.
