hi all, there's this website that you can see what kind of marine life you can expect to see in each month for various dive destinations all over the world. so you could see when the best time to see whale sharks at a given location is for example. i can't remember the website........should have bookmarked it, but didn't. anyone know what it is?

I just checked out that website and it is cool,........... but it is all very subjective. The information/dive reports are given by anyone who logs in and posts it. That being said, there are lots of dive op owners/resort owners who may post very slanted information for their area in order to attract business. Just something to keep in mind when reading....

Not bad, but I don't subscribe to their idea of "32 unique destinations dived" by their "top" logged diver. I wouldn't credit him with 20 having seen his posts. Many duplications, Cyprus for instance.

The calendar is, at best, a rough guide as I have seen wildlife mentioned well outside the periods shown in more than one location.

Maybe I was just lucky.
