insurance (we lucked out, no major damage--lot's of power outages around us, though, some will be without for the weekend)

assistance (glad to hear it. maybe the communities there can get together and help the unlucky ones out; centralized drop off for food and item collections. it'd sure be nice to see that on the news for once).
