Finally!

Goal was to get off the 250# slider on the medical scale at the gym.... finally got there, 249 #

New short term goal - 225#

Again, big ups to Natasha for starting this thing and keeping it up!

Also thanks to everyone else here for encouragement, support, perspective, etc

Wow... never guessed you were in that realm, Chris. Keep it up. I once dropped from 240 to 170, then regained 20 pounds for the next 20 years and am finally back up to about 230. Would like to get back to 210 but there are so many great carbs and so little time.

Hey bill, which realm is that ... the 250 (ahem, 249) realm?

Acording to the "standards", I believe I read somewhere that I should be in the 180 range... yeh right, even if I could get there I'd look emaciated .......
