No bribe, just went in and asked the Harbor Master on the pier. They were great about it. I had discussed the possibility with one of the Harbor masters on Saturday while he was near the park and he said that it shouldn't be a problem because they were not using that section of the Harbor that weekend.
111 feet was becaused we missed the Valiant.
Tired and Saturday night may have played a part in the Narc.
I've been there so many times and discussed going to the HM to get cleared, just never did it. It's definitely on my list of must dos. I should plan something this month.
