Problem is, Halcyons are only single bladder, and I'm looking for a double bladder. And also, doesn't the required lift depend on the type of exposure suit you're wearing (i.e. crushed neoprene vs. neoprene, etc.)? Thanks guys.

Josh,
Some of use don't agree that double bladders are the way to go...
The recommendation was Halcyon in part because it is a single bladder....
I concur.

The lift required is that which will float the rig at its most negative state.

I dive wet and dry, depending on water temp where/when I'm diving.

How do you weight yourself "properly" to avoid needing a double bladder?

How do you determine what your "most negative" weight is? When you're using neoprene (which compresses at depth, and therefore becomes more negative, but still provides some positive buoyancy even in its most compressed state), how do you figure that out?

Thanks guys. Take care.

Josh
