It is still hard to belive that a SS plate can be bended by the wing. I really don't believe it until I see it myself. And come to think about it, Oxycheq Mach V wing is very narraow, even on single tank, it got sandiwch between the plate and the tank. Why haven't any report of plate bein bended, specially for flatter plate like DR and DSS.
 
I am convinced enough to know that I won't be testing this on my backplate.

However, if someone wants to send me their backplate, I will post a video of my test :)
 
I have 3 wings, 1 wing for single tank, 2 wings for doubles. My single wing, and smaller of the double wings are nearly the same lift capacity, 40 lbs vs. 45 lbs. I used to dive my 45 lb double wing, with a single tank, but the taco city effect sucked. I only use my 45 lb double wing for double LP45s or AL80s. Someday I will get an 18# wing for travel.

I also have 2 bp too: 1 AL, and the other SS.
