Windy Point April 3rd

I'm looking to see if anyone is interested in meeting up on Sunday, April 3rd at Windy Point for a few dives. I have a new 7mm wetsuit that is anxious to get tested!

I'm not an early riser, so maybe around 9:30 or 10:00, make three or four dives. I'm pretty flexible, so we can go until we are pooped, bored, cold or simply out of bottom time.

I've been diving on Lake Travis many times, but I've never actually dove Windy Point (got spoiled by Robert and the Giant Stride). I'm assuming we can get fills onsite on Sunday, from what I've heard, anyway.

I should be able to give you a yes or no by tomorrow night at the latest. But im up for it and all sounds good...just need to figure out the logistics.

Someguy, Richard has airfills at Windy Point so no problem getting air. We will be out with a Scubaland AOW class, will honk as we pass by.

Anyone up for Saturday? I live about 3hrs away so if i make the trip i want to make it worth it....as much as i can...so maybe a few dives each day. If not than o well I will probably drive up Saturday night and sleep somewhere and than dive all day Sunday.

I wasn't planning on diving this weekend after JB last weekend, but I might be interested in playing on Jungle gym and adjusting the mooring

Anyone up for Saturday? I live about 3hrs away so if i make the trip i want to make it worth it....as much as i can...so maybe a few dives each day. If not than o well I will probably drive up Saturday night and sleep somewhere and than dive all day Sunday.

What time Saturday, I'm probably up for a couple. I will be diving wet and its still cold below 40 so staying deep wont last long for me. My usual buddies and I dove WP last Saturday and below 40 temps dropped down quickly to 53 with really crappy vis 2 to 3ft but it wasn't to bad above 40ft, about 63 with around 15ft vis and with the sun to warm us up between dives it was OK.

Not sure about Saturday at this point, decided i was gonna take the chance to go look at a few cars (trying to buy something new) while im down in Austin so depending on how that goes might be at the lake early or late. Gonna leave San Angelo early saturday AM and try to get to dealerships by 9-10am. If your flexible than let me know and we can exchange contact info and try to make something happen. If not, Sunday should hold me over.

As to what to do, this will be my first trip to Windy Point. I'm open to pretty much anything. We can discuss the details later. I'm open to what ever ideas you have in regards as to a dive plan.
