I was just wondering if anyone had video of local wrecks they would be willing to share. I could copy them onto DVD for them if they were interested. I don't think I will be able to afford a video camera for a while yet, but would like to see how the video turns out.

Thanks.

J.

BH- Check with Groundhog....He was shooting video and I dove with him this summer and he does a great job!

Hey Bosshog, where are you located.
I'm near Peterborough.
I 've got tapes with footage of Wolf Islander, A Vickery, Keystorm,
City of Sheboygan, Annie Falconer and Les Escoumins Que.

I'd love to share and get them on more permanet media DVD.

Hi, Bosshog. I've got some footage. I'd rate it 'fair'. Not as good as I hope to brcome, but the system works better than I expected (or is that feared?). It's a Samsung mniDV in a homebuilt housing. Hope to modify it over the winter to accomodate a wide angle lens. Or I might build another housing from scratch and try and reduce the size.
I haven't done much editing on the tapes yet (I should rephrase, that I haven't even d/l half of it to my computer yet due to lack of HD space and most of the wreck tapes haven't been re-used, as I don't to loose the raw video, until I'm happy with what I've gotten to DVD.
I'm in Kitchener, if you're not to far away, we can discuss making them available.

I live in Orono...Probably about half-way to Kingston from you. Maybe one weekend you are going that way you can let me know.

Take care,

Jason

I've never heard if Orono, Mapquest finds Orono Maine & Orono Michigan. What's it close to?

Send a note to ArtW... Dude has tonnes of video up on a site of local hotspots. The guy does a great job all with a Cannon ps a40. I'm sure he'd be willing to share the link.
