It's been almost a decade since Worthington stopped their production in Ontario on their steel tanks. There was a rumor here in 2019 that they were still waiting for their special permit for manufacturing them before Covid hit.

So will we ever see Worthington or a successor make the cold dipped tank again? I tolerate Fabers, but I miss the lighter Worthington low pressure tanks.
 
If there is significant profit they may return but it’s a pretty small market.

Yea that galvanizing is the Environmental compliance costly problem on low runs. Forming/stretching/punching steel is easy.
